Return, Cancellation and Refund Policy

1. Scope of application

This policy applies to all products sold on the cigarettes-pas-cher.com website, exclusively to consumers located in the European Union. The products concerned are non-perishable consumables.

2. Right of withdrawal (14 days)

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-18 of the French Consumer Code, you have a period of 14 calendar days from receipt of your order to exercise your right of withdrawal, without having to justify your decision or pay any penalties.

3. Return conditions

  • The product must be returned in its original condition, unused, unopened and in its original packaging.
  • Unsealed products will not be refunded for reasons of hygiene or health protection.
  • Return shipping costs are at the customer’s expense.
  • The return must be made within a maximum of 14 days after notification of withdrawal.

5. Refund

Refunds will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned products (or proof of shipment).
Refunds will be made by the same means of payment used to place the order, unless otherwise agreed.

Initial delivery charges (if applicable) are also refunded, with the exception of additional charges if you have chosen a more expensive delivery method than the standard one offered.

6. Order cancellation

Orders can be cancelled free of charge until they have been shipped.

If the order has already been shipped, you must exercise your right of withdrawal once the order has been delivered.

7. Defective products or delivery error

In the event of damaged, non-conforming or faulty products, please contact us within 7 days of receipt with supporting photos.

Return shipping costs are then at our expense, and you will be offered an exchange or a refund according to your choice.
