General Terms and Conditions (GTC)

1. Purpose and scope of application

These terms and conditions govern the sale of goods by Cigarettes Pas Cher, a company whose registered office is located in Andorra.

They apply to any purchase made by a consumer within the European Union via the cigarettes-pas-cher.com website.

2. Products

The products offered for sale are consumables: manufactured tobacco products.

Each product is presented with a detailed description. Photographs are provided for information only. The seller cannot be held responsible for any minor difference between the product description and the product delivered.

3. Awards

Prices are quoted in euros (€), inclusive of all taxes (VAT) and exclusive of delivery charges. The seller reserves the right to modify its prices at any time, but the products are invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time the order is validated.

4. Control

The order is deemed accepted once payment has been confirmed. The seller reserves the right to cancel any suspicious order or in the event of a previous dispute.

5. Payment

Payment can be made by credit card, bank transfer or any other means offered on the site. Payments are secure and processed by our banking partner.

6. Delivery

Deliveries are made within the European Union. Indicative delivery times are specified when the order is placed. In the event of excessive delay (>30 days), the purchaser may cancel the order. Risk is transferred upon delivery.

7. Right of withdrawal – Exception for consumables

In accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU and Article L221-28 of the French Consumer Code, the right of withdrawal applies.

8. Claims and returns

For any complaint, the buyer may contact customer service at info@cigarettes-pas-cher.com within 7 days of receipt.

9. Warranty

In accordance with regulations, products benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity and the guarantee against hidden defects. However, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear or poor conservation of the product by the purchaser.

10. Personal data

The personal data collected is used to process orders and manage customer relations. The buyer has a right of access, rectification, deletion and opposition (RGPD), by contacting info@cigarettes-pas-cher.com.

11. Applicable law and disputes

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of the seller’s country. In the event of a dispute, mediation is proposed before any legal proceedings.
